Volunteer Registration

The CUTA would be honored to have you serve as Tournament Volunteer at the upcoming event on Saturday March 20, 2010 at the CSU Dominguez Hills. Each volunteer will receive:

1. Donuts, Coffee and Juice will be served on Saturday morning at the hospitality room.
2. Lunch during the luncheon intermission.
3. An Official Appreciation Certificate.
4. A tournament T-shirt.

Please submit your form ASAP, only the first 40 registered volunteers will be accepted. Your support for this tournament is greatly appreciated. Please fill out the form below and submit it to the address below.
