Each volunteer will receive:
Lunch during the luncheon intermission
An Official Appreciation Certificate
A tournament T-shirt

LIABILITY WAIVER

In consideration of your acceptance of my registration, I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have, or which may accrue to me, against the California Unified Taekwondo Association, the Tournament Organizing Committee, the Tournament Production Committee, and all members of the championship, or their respective officers, agents, representatives, successors, and/or assigns, and against any competitor for any and all damages which may be sustained by me in connection with my association with or entry in the above athletic meet, and in connection with any medical services I may be provided in connection with such injury or illness. I understand that the competition rules are based on the rules of the USAT & WTF. I agree to all the tournament competition rules and understand that understand that any pictures taken of me in connection with the said tournament above may be used by the organizer for publicity or promotion without compensation. I hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of the liability waiver above.
